Essa foi a 11\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o no Brasil e o HE participou de todas as edi\u00e7\u00f5es. A atividade integrou o Nutrition Day, um projeto multic\u00eantrico iniciado na Europa em 2006 e que veio para o Brasil em 2009. O HE participa deste estudo desde seu in\u00edcio com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais da Unidade de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o Cl\u00ednica e acad\u00eamicos da Faculdade de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o da UFPel, com boa ades\u00e3o por parte dos pacientes.<\/p>\n<p>O prop\u00f3sito do estudo \u00e9 aumentar o conhecimento do efeito da nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o no desfecho dos pacientes, assim como na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e aumentar a consci\u00eancia sobre as complica\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 desnutri\u00e7\u00e3o. De acordo com a chefe da <a href=\"https:\/\/wp-dev.ufpel.edu.br\/gutenberg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/11\/nutridia-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-91069 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-dev.ufpel.edu.br\/gutenberg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/11\/nutridia-1-400x267.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wp-dev.ufpel.edu.br\/gutenberg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/11\/nutridia-1-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/wp-dev.ufpel.edu.br\/gutenberg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/11\/nutridia-1-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/wp-dev.ufpel.edu.br\/gutenberg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/11\/nutridia-1-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/wp-dev.ufpel.edu.br\/gutenberg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/11\/nutridia-1-1536x1027.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/wp-dev.ufpel.edu.br\/gutenberg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/11\/nutridia-1-2048x1369.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/wp-dev.ufpel.edu.br\/gutenberg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/11\/nutridia-1-1568x1048.jpg 1568w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a>Unidade de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o do HE, Rosane Garcia, foram atendidos 80 pacientes internados nas unidades de Cl\u00ednica M\u00e9dica, Cirurgia, UTI Adulto e Redes de Urg\u00eancia e Emerg\u00eancia, onde ocorreu a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos question\u00e1rios, cujos dados ser\u00e3o posteriormente analisados.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO objetivo \u00e9 conscientizar os profissionais envolvidos nos cuidados do paciente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 desnutri\u00e7\u00e3o intra-hospitalar e avaliar ao motivos pelos quais o paciente hospitalizado n\u00e3o tem sua ingest\u00e3o alimentar adequada\u201d, destacou Rosane.
